These Terms govern your use of Viralio. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service

Viralio lets you generate short-form videos, game concepts and community campaigns from trends, and — where you connect an account and the platform permits — schedule and publish that content. Automation goes as far as each third-party platform allows; some steps may require your review or manual action.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for activity under it.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to generate, store, render, and (when you request it) publish that content to the accounts you connect.

4. Third-party platforms

When you connect YouTube or another platform, you must comply with that platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for the content you publish and for holding any rights required for it. We are not responsible for third-party platforms' availability, policies, or actions on your account.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Viralio to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to abuse platform APIs or rate limits.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans and usage limits are described in the app. Free-tier limits apply until you upgrade.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; review it before publishing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Viralio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
